Physical activity is a big part of the puzzle to improving your quality of life. Look at all the benefits that you can get! Who needs drugs? I workout, doing muscle building exercises, 3 times a week, run, do step aerobics and is pretty active most days with walking my dogs and dancing around the house with my daughters! It makes me feel so alive! When I am unable to exercise, boy do I feel it! Enough about me; what about you? Do you have a fav physical activity? Are you incorporating muscle building exercises into your routine? Muscle burns more calories than fat when you are at rest. It can also make you more shapely (ladies). I encourage you to add exercise to your daily lifestyle. Remember if something is a priority you will make time for it. Let this be a priority! Start out doing 10 min a day if needed, then add on more each week. Grab a partner, write it down. Listen to my blog posts about Change Journey and Activating your Visions (again), these have great tools to help reaching your goals, dream body or wearing that fav dress or pants you grew out of. Readers in those southern states where obesity is highest, I pray that you really take a look at your lifestlye and try to make positive changes. If you need help please contact me or any health coach to educate, empower and encourage you. Remember to consult your Physician before you start any physical activity.
