What’s your favorite workout routine? HIIT? Zumba? Boot camp? Running? Walking? Step? Heavy weightlifting? Or a combination of things? I love all the above!
Do you know I’m a former health educator and Zumba instructor? I taught diabetes prevention courses, presented at health fairs, and did one – on – one health coaching. The hardest part of that job was not being able to talk about Jesus, unless someone brought it up first, because I worked at a secular hospital system.
