Sleep is something we all need to do at the end of each and every day. It gives us a chance to rest and recover from the day's happenings and gives our body the proper time to re-energize. It is also important to get the right amount of sleep, to not go over or be lacking in as well. I have had a tough time balancing my sleep schedule entering my early twenties, but I know now that I should make an effort to make sure I get a good night's sleep everyday. This was very informative and I cannot wait to tell my colleagues!
